Pitch & Mingle

An important goal for the World Tunnel Congress 2025 in Stockholm is to learn from each other and when the delegates return back home, they have some new ideas and inspiration to use in their daily work. To achieve this, good COMMUNICATION and INTERACTION during THE CONGRESS is key.

Therefore, we have a new way to present and communicate some of the technical papers in the Technical sessions, and we call it “Pitch & Mingle”. The goal is to engage the industry in thought-provoking, cutting-edge discussions. We want to bring together the greatest minds fuelled by a shared passion.

Each of the two Pitch & Mingle sessions are moderated and will have a focus question for six papers presented in each session. After a short 5-minute pitch and Q&A with each author the participants and authors can mingle and discuss in the Pitch & Mingle room.

The Pitch & Mingle sessions will take place in Hall A2 and are scheduled for:

  1. Monday at 16.00-17.40 with focus question “Case studies – Challenging conditions”, and

  2. Tuesday at 15.30-17.10 with focus question “Innovative tunnelling – Digitalisation”

The 12 papers selected for the Pitch & Mingle sessions will be announced in a short while in the technical program.
