How to become a partner or exhibitor
Visit our registration system here to begin your application for a Gold or Silver Partnership Package, or an Exhibition Space of 9 sqm or 18 sqm.

Step 1: Access the Online Registration System

Step 3: Select Your Package and Booth Space
Choose the Partnership Package (Gold or Silver) or select the size of the Exhibition Space (9 sqm or 18 sqm) you wish to reserve. Select the exact Booth number you’d like to reseve and see what is available in real-time.
Step 4: Enter Invoicing Details
Provide the necessary invoicing details. This information will be used to issue your invoice and ensure that all financial transactions are processed smoothly. Payment with credit card is available upon request.
Step 5: Contract Signing via DocuSign
After form submission, you will receive an email with a link to DocuSign, where you’ll find your contract ready for signing. Your reservation is not confirmed until the contract is signed.
Step 6: Invoice for First Payment
Once your contract is signed, an invoice for the first payment will be sent to you. Prompt payment according to the invoice terms is appreciated to finalize your participation details.
