Build‑Up (Hall B)

Sat, 10 May 08:00 – 20:00 (Free-built stands only)
Sun, 11 May 08:00 – 22:00 (All stands; technical set-up finalised by 20:00
Mon, 12 May 08:00 – 10:00 (Decoration only, noise-free)

Exhibition Opening Hours

Mon, 12 May: 11:00 – 17:30
Tue, 13 May: 08:30 – 17:30
Wed, 14 May: 08:30 – 17:30

Breakdown & Removal

Wed, 14 May 17:30 – 22:00 (Soft breakdown; vehicles allowed from 19:30)
Thur, 15 May 08:00 – 20:00 (Final dismantling; halls cleared by 20:00)

Stand Construction & Add‑Ons

Event Service (Stockholmsmässan):

For electricity, rigging, AV, Wi‑Fi, furniture, plants, catering, cleaning, security or any other booth requirements, please contact eventservice@stockholmsmassan.se

Online service orders (Stockholmsmässan Web Shop):

  • First deadline (standard rate): 10 April 2025 – orders for power, rigging, shell scheme, AV, carpet, furniture, cleaning, etc.

  • Final deadline (standard rate): 9 May 2025 – after this a 50 % surcharge applies

Exhibitor Registration & Passes

Register all booth personnel (including hostesses and contractors) by 25 April 2025. Late changes incur a SEK 625 admin fee.

Complimentary badges are included per your contract; extra exhibitor badges may be purchased at SEK 2 500 + VAT

Badge benefits: access to Welcome Reception, Opening Ceremony, coffee breaks and lunches; entry to your stand 1 hour before and after public hours (no access to scientific sessions).

Digital badge pickup: All registered exhibitor passes will receive a welcome email from Monday May 5th (sent to the address on file) containing a unique QR code. Simply scan your QR at any registration station to print your badge on‑site.

On‑site assistance: If you have questions or need help with your badge or access, please visit the Exhibitor Support desk in the registration area.

Booth Builder Access: All booth builders must wear a valid working pass at all times. Passes are picked up onsite at the delivery gates or main entrance—no pre‑registration needed
