Payment by Credit Card Only
As the congress is now approaching, all payments must be made by credit card—this applies both in advance via the registration system and on site at the congress venue. We are no longer able to accept payments by bank transfer or invoice.
This ensures smooth and timely processing of your registration and any additional purchases.
Entry & Name Badge
All registered participants will receive a Welcome Email approximately one week before the congress. This email contains essential event information, including a QR code for badge pick-up.
At the venue:

Please scan the QR code (from your phone or a printed version) at the self-service registration stations.

Your badge will be printed automatically.

If you don’t have access to your QR code, you may also state your name at the registration desk.
Your name badge must be worn at all times during the congress. It will display your name, organization, country, and a QR code used for accessing social events.
Picking Up a Badge for a Colleague?
Yes, it is possible to collect a badge on behalf of a colleague. Please make sure to:

Show their QR code from the Welcome Email or

Provide their full name.
Important: If you pick up someone else’s badge or tickets (e.g., for the Welcome Reception), please note that we are not responsible for lost or forgotten items. Replacements will not be issued.
On-site Help: Registration Support
Need assistance on site? Look for the Registration Support booths near the entrance—they function as our on-site Help Desk, ready to support with registration issues, payment questions, or general guidance.
I want to register to the congress as a group
Everyone who needs access to Stockholmsmässan must be registered individually through the official registration system – this applies even if you are an exhibitor and are listed as such.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to register others using your email address – each person must register with their own details to ensure a valid badge is issued.
How do I add a ticket to attend the Congress Dinner, Technical Tours etc?
At this time, the Congress Dinner and Technical Tours are fully booked, and we are not able to add any additional tickets. This applies even if you are already registered.

We do not have a waiting list for these activities.

If you are still interested, you are welcome to visit the Registration Support desk on site to ask if any last-minute cancellations have freed up spots.
Please do not email or call support regarding additional tickets—we cannot make exceptions or handle requests through those channels.
How do I get guaranteed a spot for the Welcome Reception?
We’re very excited about the Welcome Reception at Stockholm City Hall on Sunday, 11 May 2025, and we’re glad to hear you’re interested in attending.
Due to limited capacity at the venue, delegates were asked to indicate their interest during registration. Please note the following updates:

You should now have received an email confirming whether or not you have secured a spot.

If you did receive a spot but no longer plan to attend, please click the opt-out option in the email. This helps us reallocate your ticket to someone else.
Didn’t Get a Spot?
A waiting list has been established. If additional spots become available, we may contact those who did not initially receive a ticket.
Do not email or call support regarding the Welcome Reception. Instead, please visit the Registration Support desk on site (Sunday at Stockholmsmässan) to inquire about any last-minute availability.
Ticket Pick-Up & Entry Requirements
This is a ticketed event, and the following applies:

Your Welcome Reception ticket must be picked up on site together with your badge at Stockholmsmässan Main Entrance.

No entry will be granted at City Hall without a valid printed ticket.
I need to cancel my ticket
Unfortunately, the deadline for cancellations and refunds has passed, so we’re no longer able to issue a refund. You can no longer transfer a spot to a colleague since the deadline has passed.
